When are you going to restock or get new products?
If you subscribe to JOpants emails, I'll email you as soon as I restock or have new products.
What size should I get?
There are sizing charts in the photo gallery on each of the product's pages. Please make sure you look at it and are buying the correct size. If you get the wrong size and want to exchange for a different size, you will have to pay for postage and a $10 restocking fee. If you have any doubts about what size will fit you, I suggest you SIZE UP! If it's too big there is a drawstring to tighten the waist more so it will fit you.
All products have an elastic waistband, so I have included the measurement of the waist fully expanded as well.
All products have been pre-shrunk up to 90% so they shouldn't shrink much with subsequent washes.

How long will it take to get my pants?
Once your order is completed, it can take anywhere from 1-4 business days for processing before being shipped. Then it’s however long your shipping time is, which depends on which shipping service you have chosen at checkout.
Why are your prices so expensive now?
Materials and production costs have skyrocketed and I unfortunately have had to raise my prices substantially too. I really hate to do this because I've always wanted for JOpants to be a utilitarian product that would benefit the largest number of people possible, and I know that my current price point makes this product unaffordable for a lot of people. I was already hearing a lot of complaints about my old prices. However if I don't raise my prices to this current range, it will not be worth it for me. I am not a huge company but just one guy with a very limited budget and limited time. I currently am only able to afford small-batch production runs and it's all done domestically, which is very expensive. I also choose to use all-natural sustainable materials which further increases my cost of goods. There's no way I can compete with the prices of the mass-produced plastic-clothing that people are used to. However what I offer is a unique quality products that you can't find anywhere else.

Yes, as long as you are ok with paying for shipping and any tariffs/import fees.

Please note that I cannot offer returns or exchanges for most international orders.
Can I get a Return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days, if the pants are unused, unwashed, and still look / smell brand new. Before you start jacking off in them, please try them on with underwear to ensure they fit.
If the pants are damaged or defective upon arrival, an exchange will be available for the same size and style of pants. However, every product is quality checked before being mailed off, so this should be a rare occurrence.
If you get the wrong size and want to do an exchange for a different size, you will have to pay for the shipping of the original product back to me, as well as the shipping of the new pants back to you, plus a $10 restocking fee. I provide a detailed sizing chart for every product, so please make sure you are ordering the correct size. If you need help with sizing, feel free to email me.
Once a return is approved, I will provide you with an address to mail the product back to. Once I receive your product and make sure they are acceptable, then your money will be refunded or I will ship you the item you are exchanging them for.
