When are you going to restock or get new products?
If you subscribe to JOpants emails, I'll email you as soon as I restock or have new products.
What size should I get?
There are sizing charts in the photo gallery on each of the pant's pages, or you can click on the links here:
All pants have an elastic waistband, so I have included the measurement of the waist fully expanded as well. If they are too loose there is a drawstring to tighten the waist more.
JerkinJams have been prewashed so they shouldn't shrink much with subsequent washes.

How long will it take to get my pants?
Once your order is completed, it can take anywhere from 1-4 business days for processing before being shipped. Then it’s however long your shipping time is, which depends on which shipping service you have chosen at checkout.
Do you ship discreetly?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, as long as you are ok with paying for shipping and any tariffs/import fees.
We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

Please note that I cannot offer returns or exchanges for most international orders.
Can I get a Return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days, if the pants are unused, unwashed, and still look / smell brand new. Before you start jacking off in them, please try them on with underwear to ensure they fit.
If the pants are damaged or defective upon arrival, an exchange will be available for the same size and style of pants. However, every product is quality checked before being mailed off, so this should be rare occurrence.
If you get the wrong size and want to do an exchange for a different size, you will have to pay for the shipping of the original product back to me, as well as the shipping of the new pants back to you, plus a $10 restocking fee. I provide a detailed sizing chart for every product, so please make sure you are ordering the correct size. If you need help, feel free to email me.
Once a return is approved, I will provide you with an address to mail the product back to. Once I receive your product and make sure they are acceptable, then your money will be refunded or I will ship you the item you are exchanging them for.
